Groupe Laporte · Team
Groupe Laporte works with a small group of specialists, each brought in for a specific kind of judgment.
J'aide les leaders et les leaders en devenir à relier la tête et le cœur, pour qu'ils avancent avec clarté, confiance et impact, dans leurs résultats comme dans leur cheminement humain.
Jean Laporte
The President
Jean spent his early career inside three of the companies most executives study from the outside. Vice President at Apple Canada. National Vice President of Sales at Fido. President of Rogers Communications' Eastern Canada division. Years spent in rooms where the decisions were large, the stakes were real, and the isolation that comes with that level of responsibility was something he lived, not something he later read about.
That's what led him out of the corner office and into this work. He'd watched enough senior leaders, himself included, make decisions without anyone in the room whose job it was to just help them think.
He's a Master Corporate Executive Coach through ACEC, trained at Harvard and Columbia, and a YPO Gold member for twenty-two years. In 2009, he published Laporte de la réussite, which has since sold more than 1,500 copies. He leads Forum CAPE and the Strategic Planning practice.
The Collaborators
Jean-François Brault
Financial analysis for growing businesses. Brought in when a decision's real weight is in the numbers underneath it, not just the strategy above them.
Jacques Bibeau
More than thirty years in B2B sales, negotiation, and business development. His work sits closer to the practical end of the questions Jean's clients face: how a negotiation should actually be handled, what's really happening in a commercial relationship, where a deal is stronger or weaker than it looks.
